NETHERLANDS/MEXICO - A Dutch consortium Grupo AgriMex-Holanda was officially formed on 20 June, through the signing of a covenant between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Netherlands Enterprise Agency and 11 Dutch companies.
