We are currently looking for a DSP FPGA Design Engineer to support our customer in select country. DSP FPGA Design Engineer Key Tasks and Responsibilities Our customer is providing innovative hightech solutions to the international space community. The candidate is responsible for the full development, including requirement analysis, FPGA architecturaldetailed design, implementation and validation as part of the digital electronics within highend modem products. To support the development of a new family of highend satellite data communication modems, you will have the following responsibilities Requirements and architecture analysis, interface definition, and functional decomposition of board level architecture down to componentFPGA level VHDL design, implementation, simulation and verification of modulation, demodulation cores utilising the state of the art DSP techniques Interaction with other electronic design engineers, VHDL and FPGA specialists, modem specialists, software engineers, electronic design engineers, project management Support the product development team during the product qualification activities Documenting the requirement analysis, detailed design simulation results, validationverification procedures, test reports and interface control documents. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience Electronics engineer B.Sc. or higher At least 4 years relevant experience in digital design and DSPFPGA development in industrial environment, preferably in aerospace business Handson knowledge and experience in VHDL modeling for example based on bittrue MatLab models, synthesis, timing verification Understanding of modulationdemodulation techniques, coding techniques and other DSP techniques specifically in the field of satellite communication equipment would be a strong benefit Design and development experience of highspeed advanced digital circuitry, knowledge of signal integrity aspects Good team worker, proactive, handson, engaged, takes full responsibility for hisher FPGA design Good verbal and written communication skills in international project teams Fluency in English is mandatory knowledge of another European language is an advantage.
