Atlanta-based Delta Air Lines is under fire after a man claimed that the carrier charged him an $88 fee to sit next to his 4-year-old daughter, "Fox and Friends" reports . Frank Strong recently wrote on his blog that he bought the tickets for the flight from Raleigh, North Carolina, to Montgomery, Alabama, on the airline's website.
