Downtown work on Santa Fe completed early; lanes will open Monday

Downtown roadwork on Santa Fe Street between Franklin Avenue and Main Street is expected to be complete by Monday's morning commute, a couple weeks ahead of schedule, city officials said. In a news release Sunday, officials said construction crews worked through the weekend to complete the rehabilitation of the bridge that carries Santa Fe Street over the Union Pacific Railroad.
