Draper gives final OK to lucrative car dealership incentives

Draper a The City Council has unanimously approved a deal that will provide up to $3.1 million in incentives to the Larry H. Miller companies to relocate two new-car dealerships and an office building to a vacant 15-acre parcel at 11400 South Lone Peak Parkway. The agreement promises the company 50 percent of the city's sales-tax revenue from a Ford dealership and a second undisclosed dealership for 10 years, up to a cap of $3.1 million.
