Kayser Space, recently established in the UK, brings a 30year heritage in science payloads and subsystems built up by parent company Kayser Italia, a leading supplier of experimental hardware for the International Space Station, specialising in space electronics and life science experiments in microgravity environments. Kayser is building a technology portfolio in the UK and has a long history of working with universities to bring innovations from the research laboratory into space applications. Kayser Space is currently expanding its team to work on ESA funded projects related to hardware development for life science experiments on board the International Space Station. The company is also involved in a range of other microgravity experiments, space technology development and the translation of space hardware and knowhow to other sectors, particularly within the life sciences remit. Key Tasks Responsibilities Reporting to the Programme Manager Technical Lead the Electronics Project Engineer has main duties and responsibilities that include Definition and analysis of derived requirements applicable to electronics and EGSE subsystems from higher level user and system requirements.
