Featuring automatic sprayer that counteracts emulsion clumping, Handte EM Profi cleans up contaminants generated during machining processes that utilize emulsion mist coolants. Long-life coarse and fine filter demisters, followed by final-stage HEPA filter, offer 99.9% efficiency on particles 0.3 micron and larger. While basic modules handle air volumes from 1,700–8,000 cfm and can be combined for larger airflow requirements, space-saving models are offered for 500–1,400 cfm applications.
