Comprised of top-actuated SPST devices with pre-travel distance of 1.5–2 mm and total travel distance of 4 mm, rugged KBD Series has operating life rating suited for industrial and workstation keyboards. Switches are available with range of operating forces color-coded to knob and one of 2 haptic responses: linear actuation for 60 ±20 gf (black) and 45 ±20 gf (red), and click-pressure-point actuation for 60 ±20 gf (blue) and 55 ±20 gf (brown). Operational range is -10 to +70°C.
