Fugitive Ramsey luxury car dealer Afzal "Bobby" Khan was charged today with fraud in a complaint unsealed in Newark federal court, U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced. The complaint alleges that Khan, through his dealership, Emporio Motor Group, engaged in acts to defraud lenders and customers from at least December 2013 through September 2014.
