FAA proposes $425,000 civil penalty against Gulfstream Aerospace Corp for failing to comply with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAR). Inspection determined some mechanics did not complete required training within established time limits in FAA-approved training manual and missed multiple training deadlines. Also, inspectors could not determine whether some employees completed training or whether records were inaccurate. Allegedly mechanics maintained aircraft without required training.
