Frigid February can't chill Charlotte's hot residential real estate market

February's figures on home sales and prices in the Charlotte market bode well for the spring selling season and may even signal an early start, despite the weather. Home sales in the Charlotte region jumped 20.8 percent in February from a year ago, according to the Charlotte Regional Realtor Association .
