Fujitsu, Oracle team up for cloud services

(Telecompaper) Fujitsu and Oracle have announced a new strategic alliance aimed at delivering enterprise-grade, world-class cloud services to customers in Japan and their subsidiaries around the world. Under the deal, Oracle Cloud Application and Platform services, including Oracle Database Cloud Service and Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) Cloud, will be powered by Fujitsu's datacentres in Japan. Fujitsu will also work to drive sales of the cloud offerings to companies in Japan and their subsidiaries.
