Garda and former GAA player accused of ATM scam to face another charge

A Dublin Garda and former GAA player who is accused of taking part in an ATM scam is facing another charge, a court has heard Garda Brendan Phillips , who is alleged to have taken a 450 in fraudulent bank machine withdrawals, had the case against him adjourned at Dublin District Court. The accused, originally from Sligo but with an address in Clonsilla, has already pleaded not guilty to three deception charges and two counts of attempted deception in connection with ATM withdrawals in March and April 2013.
