Available in 14-, 20-, 28-, and 40-/44-pin packages, PIC®16(L)F170X and PIC®16(L)F171X combine intelligent analog and core independent peripherals with eXtreme Low Power (XLP) technology. MCUs integrate 2 Op Amps to drive analog control loops, sensor amplification, and basic signal conditioning. Built-in Zero Cross Detect (ZCD) simplifies TRIAC control and minimizes EMI caused by switching transients, while pin-mapping lets designers designate pinout of peripheral functions.
