MCUs integrate 2 Op Amps to drive analog control loops, sensor amplification, and basic signal conditioning. Built-in Zero Cross Detect (ZCD) simplifies TRIAC control and minimizes EMI caused by switching transients, while pin-mapping lets designers designate pinout of peripheral functions.
