German regulator considers new measures to accelerate fibre-optic expansion

(Telecompaper) Germany needs to focus more on expanding its high-speed broadband network beyond the goals laid out in the government's national broadband initiative, the Federal Network Agency (BNetzA), Germany's national utilities and telecoms regulator, said in its telecommunications activity report for 2016 and 2017.
