With Halguard® E 59000 Thermoplastic Elastomers, manufacturers of flexible cords can produce non-PVC insulation and jacketing that do not contain halogenated flame retardants or phthalate plasticizers, while avoiding processing limitations of highly filled halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin compounds.
