Your tasks Conception and documentation of harness designs including tradeoff analysis in order to identify the optimal solution in terms of time, costs, risks and technical challenges. Coordination and cooperation with other technical departments i.e. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, AIT regarding harness designs. To incorporate new information regarding plugs, cable types and connection data in a harness database i.e. Aucotec Engineering base. Conception and execution of typical harness design analysis voltage drop, worst case, derating. Your qualifications Degree in aerospace engineering, electrical engineering or comparable qualifications. High experience in aerospace related processes and knowledge of the quality standards defined by ECSS or MIL applicable for harness engineeringdesign. Experience with harness databases i.e. Aucotec harness tool Engineering base. Experience with MS Project for resource planning and progress tracking. At least three years of experience in the field of harness engineering in the space industry. Welldeveloped communication skills, used to work in a team. Ability to work under pressure. Fluency in written and spoken English and German.
