Integrating power MOSFETs respectively supporting 20 and 30 A continuous output current, SWIFT™ TPS544B25 and TPS544C25 come in 40-pin, 5 x 7 x 1 mm PowerStack™ QFN packages and drive ASICs in space-constrained and power-dense applications. Features include 0.5% reference-voltage accuracy, full differential remote-voltage sensing, PMBus interface for adaptive voltage scaling (AVS), and frequency synchronization to external clock. Latter eliminates beat noise and reduces EMI.
