The RFFM3842Q is an integrated single-chip Front End Module (FEM) with a 2.5 GHz b/g/n amplifier, Rx Balun, Tx/Rx switch and directional power detector. With an ultra-small form factor and integrated matching, the FEM can greatly reduce the number of external components and layout area in the customer application. This module is designed to meet or exceed the RF front end needs of IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi RF systems.
