In a twist, Teva to face generic competition

The Food and Drug Administration on Thursday approved the first generic version of Teva's top branded product, the multiple sclerosis drug Copaxone. Teva , based in Israel with its North American headquarters in North Wales, Pa., had spent several years in court battles trying to fend off competition for its MS drug.
