Flexibility is fostered via 1.65–1.95 V and 2.7–3.6 V interface voltage options. In addition to Enhanced Reliable Write, which ensures data remains intact in case of sudden power loss during write operation, features include Automatic Sleep Mode, Quick Health Info, TRIM, Secure Erase, and built-in ECC.
