Comprised of NAND Flash and Flash Memory Controller in 153-ball BGA package, MLC-based EMC210 e.MMC (embedded Multi-Media Card) offers respective read and write speeds up to 140 and 60 Mbps. Flexibility is fostered via 1.65–1.95 V and 2.7–3.6 V interface voltage options. In addition to Enhanced Reliable Write, which ensures data remains intact in case of sudden power loss during write operation, features include Automatic Sleep Mode, Quick Health Info, TRIM, Secure Erase, and built-in ECC.
