Ingersoll Rand to Expand Reefer Business with Frigoblock Acquisition

Ingersoll Rand said it has agreed to purchase Frigoblock, a European manufacturer of transport refrigeration units, for 100 million euros . The diversified industrial company said it expects the acquisition to close in the first half of 2015.
