Minimizing external component requirements, intelligent power module (20-1B12IPA008SC-L239C09) integrates inverter, rectifier, shunt resistors, and entire gate driver circuit for 3-phase input operation. Bootstrap diode and capacitor are also included. Featuring screen printing technology on ceramic-based substrate, this 1,200 V, 8 A module is designed for low-power operation in embedded drive applications. For facilitated assembly, flow 1B housing features press-fit pins.
