Australia should emulate Britain by offering tax breaks to innovators and encourage super funds to support emerging companies in order to develop a vibrant local biotech industry, investors say. New Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull has promised to create a more agile, innovative, and creative economy , and his government is considering measures such as abolishing capital gains tax on start-ups to encourage entrepreneurs.
