JBS concludes Cargill pork acquisition

JBS USA concluded its purchase of certain assets, properties, rights and liabilities, operations and the right of Cargill Meats ownership into Cargill Pork LLC ("Cargill Pork").    The completed acquisition includes: two pork processing facilities in Ottumwa, IA and Beardstown, IL; Five pork feed mills in London, AR, Hedrick, IA, Centralia, MO, Smithton, MO, and Dalhart, TX; and four hog farms in Morrilton, AR; Umpire, AR; Cameron, OK; and Dalhart, TX. read more
