Jerry Carrier honored with Award of Merit.

ASTM International Committee C15 on Manufactured Masonry Units has honored Jerry Carrier, director of R&D at Glen-Gery Corp. in Wyomissing, PA, with the Award of Merit. Committee C15 noted Carrier’s outstanding efforts in the development of ASTM standards related to manufactured masonry units of fired clay and shale, concrete, and sand-lime units. A member since 1987, Carrier has led several task groups that have resulted in development of important industry specifications.
