Kimberly Crest House and Gardens' Second Sunday program from 1 to 4 p.m. this Sunday will celebrate the birthday of John Alfred Kimberly, one of the founders of Kimberly-Clark Corp. and former owner of Kimberly Crest. Kimberly was born July 18, 1838, in Troy, N.Y., and started the paper company Kimberly-Clark Corp. with three others in 1872.
