The Multnomah County Citizen Involvement Committee (CIC) created the Sy Award in 2007 to honor former member Sy Kornbrodt, whos passion to empower and get things done on behalf of underserved and underrepresented citizens in Multnomah County is legendary. The application only has one ?briefly describe how the nominee has demonstrated a lifelong commitment to justice, equality, and obtaining access to the halls of power for all county residents.
