Lawsuit alleges listeria-contaminated salad put Ohio woman in coma

An Ohio woman has filed a lawsuit against Dole Fresh Vegetables, Inc., claiming that a salad mix tainted with Listeria placed her mother in a coma. Constance Georgostathis claims that she bought a Dole salad mix from an Ohio Kroger in late January.
