Lawsuits filed against UPS in deadly Birmingham crash

Four people who live near a Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport runway have filed a lawsuit claiming damages against the airport authority and Atlanta-based United Parcel Service in connection with the August 14 cargo plane crash that killed both pilots.
