We are currently looking for a Lean Process Improver to support our customer in Germany. Lean Process Improver Key Tasks and Responsibilities As part of the Space and Defense division, you will have the following responsibilities Support the definition of the divisions processarchitecture, to facilitate the EndtoEnd potential for improvement Support the Integration and the Implementation of processactivities choosing the appropriate Lean Method for each project Guide specific Process Mapping und Value Stream Mapping activities, within the framework of Projects for process integration Support to the Implementation of Lean Management via Mindset Change, supported via the implementation of Lean principles Execution of analysis to identify potential for improvement in the departments Consultancy to the different functional areas regarding the application of the suitable improvement activities and the setup of improvement competences Improvement Leadership Coaching Training Setup and continuous update of the Improvement Management Systems, including Visual Management and Implementation Standards Sharing of Best Practices. Skills Experience You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience University degree or equivalent in a relevant field Solid work experience in the guidance of Improvement and Innovation Activities Business Performance Measurement Management of the People Aspects in the guidance of Change Activities Root Cause Impact Analysis Project Lifecycle Management Stakeholder Management Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
