Loblaw warehouse to become massive store, condo development

The crumbling former Loblaw head office and warehouse at Bathurst and Lake Shore is being redeveloped into a mixed-use site with both retail and office space, as well as two condominium towers. An historic but crumbling warehouse at Bathurst Street and Lakeshore Boulevard that was once home to Loblaw Companies head office will be restored to its "original glory" during a massive redevelopment project that was unveiled Wednesday.
