Available in standard 5-pin SOT-23 and SC70 packages, SN74LV1T series operates from single 1.8–5 V supply over -40 to +125°C range and is available in 9 logic gates: NAND and AND, NOR, OR and XOR, as well as several different buffer functions. Series can also be utilized in industrial and telecommunications applications as logic gate, translator, or both.
