Magnetek sale to New York-based manufacturer completed

Columbus McKinnon Corp. has closed on its acquisition of Magnetek Inc. of Menomonee Falls, paying $50 a share for the publicly traded manufacturer. Magnetek, which manufactures digital power and motion control systems for material handling and people-moving systems including elevators, has been acquired by Columbus McKinnon Corp. .
