The U.S. Supreme Court has refused to review the case of a 42-year-old man set to die next month for the slaying of a Plano liquor store clerk. The high court, without comment Tuesday, rejected an appeal from Gustavo Garcia, who's scheduled for lethal injection Feb. 16. Garcia was 19 in December 1990 when 43-year-old Craig Turski was fatally shot during a holdup in Plano.
