Man struck by train, killed in Ashton

Emergency personnel from Lee County lift a man who was struck and by killed by a southbound Union Pacific Railroad onto a stretcher on Thursday afternoon near Douglas Avenue in Ashton. Lee County officials will not release the man's name until next of kin is notified.
