Micrel, Incorporated Announces Intent to Delist From NASDAQ

The first step merger is expected to be completed on , subject to adoption of the merger agreement by Micrel's shareholders and certain other conditions contained in the merger agreement. In accordance with the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission and NASDAQ, Micrel has provided written notice to NASDAQ of its intent to delist.
