Using 3-way solenoid for actuation, Microvolume Diaphragm Valve is available in 3 configurations: 4-port internal loop sample injector; 6-port external loop sampling/switching valve; and 10-port multifunctional diaphragm valve. Actuator air ranging from 40–50 psi is supplied to side port with 10–32 female threads, permitting use of various compression or barbed fittings.
