Featuring thermal position stability as well as interpolation rates related to optimized signal quality, ERO 2000 series includes scanning unit and 2 types of scales. Scanning heads come with 1 Vpp analog interface, and position noise is measured to ±0.04 in. (arc sec). Scales include 20 micron graduation with full circle and segment of circle. Disk version, with 19 mm OD, offers 2,500 lines/revolution, and rectangular scale has segment-shaped disc. Mechanical disk speed limit is 14,000 rpm.
