Mounties apologize to Ottawa real estate agent

An Ottawa real estate agent has received a public apology - and a recommendation - from the RCMP after their dealings resulted in a "nightmare of negative publicity" for her. The apology to Gillian Burnside, which was made public Wednesday, is part of a mediated settlement of a lawsuit she had filed against the force.
