Yale Environment 360: Many of NASAs key sites for launching spacecraft and carrying out research will be threatened by even moderate increases in sea level, the U.S. space agency reports. NASA says that half to two-thirds of its laboratories, launch pads, airfields, testing facilities, data centers and other infrastructure are situated at less than 16 feet (5 meters) above sea level.
