NV Energy to Host Open House at Tracy Generating Station

NV Energy is hosting a public open house at the Tracy Generating Station to celebrate projects completed at the plant site, including a 2-mile stretch of the Tahoe-Pyramid Bikeway and The Nature Conservancy's Truckee River Restoration Project. The free event will be held on Sunday, Oct. 5, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. near the river on the northwest corner of the power plant site, which is located approximately 17 miles east of Reno along Interstate 80. Light refreshments will be provided.
