<p> Fremont, California - The Pitchess Detention Center's (PDC) Cogeneration plant, located in Castic, California (The County of Los Angeles), recently installed two Nationwide Boiler Ammonia- Free CataStak&trade; SCR systems that utilize CCA Combustion Systems' (CCA) patented TRIM-NOX® urea injection systems.
