Morristown officials were elated when Whole Foods Market announced plans to renovate and occupy the Washington Street supermarket vacated by the A&P last December. But Whole Foods' new proposal for a pizzeria in a former dry cleaner's building on the property got a crustier response from neighbors and a pizza shop owner at a special zoning board hearing on Wednesday.
