The premier of New Brunswick says stipulations for the Ontario government's support of the proposed Energy East Pipeline are reasonable and achievable. Brian Gallant met with Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne Monday in Toronto to show his support for the $12-billion project, which would see western crude sent by pipeline to refineries in Eastern Canada and a proposed export terminal in Saint John, N.B. Ms.
