New EEOC case accuses UPS of religious discrimination

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission on Wednesday sued Atlanta-based United Parcel Service Inc., accusing it of religious discrimination. The Atlanta-based package shipper prohibits male employees in customer contact or supervisory positions from wearing beards or growing their hair below collar length.
