Introduced by NIST, measurement tool will help device designers, manufacturers, and customers see 8 common dimensional and material property measurements key to device performance. Test chips, Reference Materials 8096 and 8097, are QA tools that enable comparisons of measurements on MEMS devices made with different equipment and by different labs/companies.
