New York's Metropolitan Transportation Authority is investigating a video of a small explosion in a subway tunnel allegedly caused by teens placing metal on the tracks. The video, filmed last week and shared repeatedly on Facebook, shows a small explosion occur as a C train pulls into the Nostrand Avenue station.
