Work on the 32-story Northwestern Mutual office tower has created opportunities to repurpose a former Tower Automotive building and boost dozens of careers. Duwe Metal Products Inc., based in Menomonee Falls, plans to hire 50 workers to assemble the glass and aluminum rectangles that will form the shining exterior of the new tower overlooking Lake Michigan in downtown Milwaukee.
