Tsubakimoto Chain Co. hereby announces that it has resolved, at its Board of Directors meeting held today, pursuant to Article 195, Paragraph 1 of the Companies Act, to amend its Articles of Incorporation to change the number of shares of company stock constituting one trading unit as prescribed in its Articles of Incorporation and to submit a proposal for share consolidation to the 109th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders to be held in June 2018.
